Parapan American Games champion Juan Carlos Garrido was among the winners on day two of the World Para Powerlifting World Cup in Bogota.

Peru's Diego Quispe was second and Elias Federico Medina of Argentina third.

Abdullah Kayapinar of Turkey won the men's under-49kg as the lone competitor.

Tatiana Gabaglio Rodriguez of Paraguay won the women's under-67kg and Colombia's Bertha Cecilia Fernandez Arango the under-73kg, but there was no victor at either under-79kg or under-86kg.

The event is set to conclude in the Colombian capital tomorrow.
