The International Chess Federation (FIDE) has confirmed that they planning for a team of refugees to take part in next year's Chess Olympiad in Budapest and will seek advice on how the International Olympic Committee (IOC) went about setting up a team for the Rio 2016 and Tokyo 2020 Olympics.
