The IOC called for an Extraordinary Session last month after its Executive Board recommended expelling the IBA due to alleged problems with finances, governance, refereeing and judging.

The two organisations have been involved in a bitter war of words and there are bound to be more strong statements from both parties today.

A report by IOC head Thomas Bach is also on the agenda on what promises to be a key day in his Presidency.
