Vice-chairman Karren Brady has disclosed that the East London club, currently riding high in the Premier League's top eight, has selected the premium hospitality fit out for the venue, agreed lounge layouts and designed the new 12,000 square foot club megastore.

In comments made in West Ham's annual report, which revealed that the club made a pre-tax profit of more than £10 million ($15 million/€13 million) for the year to end-May 2014, Brady said a project manager to oversee construction work from a West Ham perspective had been appointed.

This, she said, would ensure both that the club, whose colours are claret and blue, "maximise all our opportunities" and that the ground "looks and feels like the home of West Ham United".

The Stadium, in the Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park, will first stage five 2015 Rugby World Cup matches.

The first of nearly 10,000 roof panels was installed last November, marking a new milestone in the transformation of a venue that provided the beating heart of London 2012.

Brady said that appointments with fans to discuss the club's "migration" from its present home at Upton Park would start in April in Stratford.

Premium hospitality packages were already on sale, with Brady stating that "the level of take up is such that, despite the fact that we are doubling our Upton Park capacity, we will not have enough seats to fulfil demand".

The club announced last February that it had agreed the sale of the Boleyn Ground to Galliard Group, a local developer, with a mixed residential, retail and leisure development envisaged.

Brady predicted that West Ham's new home would be "one of the greatest arenas in world football and a platform to transform the future of our great club".
